Saadiyat Island Commercial Offices, Abu Dhabi

A contemporary commercial headquarters designed as an integral component of the master urban plan for Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

The hyper-arid Gulf climate directly shaped the building envelope. Deep structural reveals, measured window proportions, and sculptural vertical brise-soleil louvers modulate intense desert sunlight, drastically curbing solar heat gain while creating an animated, rhythmic facade.
