Design Concept & Program
A modular country residence and farmhouse estate planned across a 1,600 m² (17,220 sq ft / 0.40 acres) parcel in the rural terrain of Yalıçiftlik, Bodrum. The remote site context and ecological terrain dictated an advanced modular off-site fabrication methodology.
The architectural ambition was to harness the efficiency and precision of modular assembly while rigorously eschewing the stigma of temporary prefabrication—delivering a refined, permanent stone and timber architectural expression.
