Kadirli Municipal Building & Civic Center, Osmaniye

Awarded 3rd Prize in the national architectural competition for the Kadirli Municipal Headquarters in Osmaniye, this project reimagines civic architecture as an open urban forum rather than an imposing institutional fortress.

The design anchors an active public connection with the adjacent Savrun River. Ground levels are configured as transparent, porous public arcades extending the civic plaza into the building, while administrative offices and the council chamber are organized in a poised, sculptural upper volume.
